What is NRC Draft –
In NRC is There are two types of a draft, one is part draft and another is a complete draft. the first part draft was published on 1st January 2018 and the complete draft NRC shall be published on 30th June 2018 where all the remaining applicant’s name are enlisted here.

What is NRC Assam hearing –
NRC Hearing is a verification process to ensure whether any other person or family illegally using your legacy data or not. under NRC hearing you have to enter your ARN number for verification and you will know whether your ARN requires any verification from Mandals/ Gaon panchayat or not. If the verification is required the person will have to appear in LRCR office (Local Register of citizens Registration) as per the given place.

NRC Assam Correction of Name or other Things –
Office of the State Coordinator, NRC Assam has to Publish a notice that Objection and claims should be received only after the complete publication of draft NRC and the Final NRC will be published after the disposal of claims and objections.
It means those candidates name does not appear in the complete draft of NRC list they may fill the claim & objection Application and submit at their nearest Seva Kendra (NSK) within a stipulated time. After then The Applicants will be got a notice of hearing filling their Objection & Claim or correction.
When NRC Complete Draft 2nd List is Released –
As per the supreme court order NRC 2nd Draft List Complete Result will be declared on 30th June 2018, so those applicants name is not listed in First Part draft they will Found their name in 2nd NRC Draft List.
Legacy Data NRC –
In short Legacy, data is the documents namely in 1951 NRC (National Register of Citizens) and electoral rolls up to midnight of 24th March 1971 are collectively called as the legacy data.
Via NSK – You can get your legacy data at your NSK (Nearest Seva Kendra) through computerized search or manual search. each NSK shall have the segregated hard copies of legacy data for the village falling under the respective Kendra.
Through NRC website – The Legacy data is also available through online in NRC official site www.nrcassam.nic.in under the Highlight section “Legacy Data” in the home page.
Polling Station – You can also find your legacy data in the polling stations. it has been published as hard copies in all the Polling Stations segregated for the villages falling under the respective Polling Station.
What is ARN –
ARN is 21 digit Application receipt number which is situated in your application form. You can check your name list in NRC result by ARN base search, with the help of this 21 digit application receipt number.
My ARN is Missing or Lost –
If somehow your ARN number (Application Receipt Number) is missing or lost then you have to visit your nearest Seva Kendra or call toll free number 15107 or 18003453762 and follow the instruction as per the official said. in this way, you can get your ARN number.
What if My ARN Status is pending or My Name is not listed in Part draft list –
In some cases your ARN number shows as pending in part draft result or Name is not listed in the Part Draft List, it means that your verification is still in process, so don’t be panic once the verification is complete your result will be published on NRC complete draft list.
